Watching this video a few years later and I'm convinced these guys all look as if they've been smoking too much la la.
All the same, for me, it remains another one of the best music videos of all time.

Phoenix - If I Ever Feel Better

I fell in all types of love with this song years ago.

Its been on heavy rotation on my ipod ever since. And then this year 1901, Lisztomania, Girlfriend and everything else on the Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix album made it onto my ipod.

And that's when i noticed all the songs were by a band called Phoenix.

Laurent Brancowitz, had been part of the original line up for one of the best things to come out of France...Daft Punk. The guys he left behind (Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo) went on to ridiculous levels of fame with Daft Punk leaving Laurent somewhere in the dark but he didn't give up on his dream....which came true in the form of Phoienix many years later.

This song is a classic.

p.s. Thomas Bangalter must be something of a musical genius, he was in the line up for Stardust too!
